I contacted the company after frustration with having to constantly clean out a builder-grade dryer vent cover that would get clogged with lint and reduce dryer efficiency. Avery was responsive and keep me informed of arrival time, which is great when trying to plan your day. He replaced the vent cover and cleaned out the dryer duct. He provided efficient and professional service, along with a reasonable price. Will recommend him to friends and family and use his services yearly going forward.

I contacted Avery when my dryer duct was clogged. He set up an appointment to arrive within 24 hours of my phone call and kept me advised of his arrival time by phone. And he quickly cleaned out the vent and was able to find me a new outside cover for the duct entrance. When he could not find the color at the company that he usually uses to acquire supplies, he spent extra time, making phone calls and was able to get me the color I needed. Overall, I found him to be responsible, responsive, reliable, and very pleasant to work with. I certainly will use him again in the future and highly recommend him to others.

Avery came out and did a great job on my dryer ducts. There was still a big clog that was stuck deep in there a few days later and he quickly came out to try to resolve the issue. My vent was super backed up and this helped free the lint that was trapped in there. Would highly recommend

Wow, what a great job Avery did on our driveway. We have a very large driveway and walkway to the front door. It had been years since it was last cleaned and it was in horrible shape. I was concerned about having someone I didn't know do work on our house but I must say, they did a great job. Very happy with the results. Can't believe the difference. After the driveway was completed, I had them clean out the dryer vent in our house as I can't remember if it was ever done. Looks like a full garbage bag of debris came out of the vent and now our dryer seems 100% more efficient. Overall, very happy with the service.

I reached out to Avery Whitinger because we have had issues with our dryer vent not working properly. Avery provided a fair estimate upfront and was the exact amount paid for his services. He arrived on time (even a little early after asking if it was okay) and explained everything he was going to do and look at. I was amazed that he had a video device that went up our vent to check and see if there were any issues with the vent! Not only is our vent working well now, he went above and beyond - while on the roof, he noticed some weather damage, took photos, and sent them to me - offering help with contacting insurance about repair coverage and even recommended a roofing company. I would definitely recommend using this company to have your dryer vent cleaned and inspected before contacting a HVAC company (which are often 2-3x the price).

Found Avery after seeing on Nextdoor and have been wanting to get our dryer vents cleaned. Contacted him and he was very responsive and flexible in scheduling. He found that a screen that wasn’t removed from the builders so that blocked our air flow tremendously, cleaned the vents and have great air flow now. Saw the van on Thompson Bridge Rd in Gainesville. Dialed the number while driving in order to have it in my phone for future use. Avery called me back immediately. He had an opening the next day so he signed me up to have my windows cleaned. Called me the next day to say he finished a job early and was on his way to me if that was OK? I called to have my clothes dryer duct cleaned and was very pleased with their prompt reply. Avery was able to come out the same day and clean our the dryer vent under the house and inside. He was very professional and went the extra mile to repair the end of the vent which was torn and install a bracket to hold the vent up.
